EZclass Terms and Conditions

Introduction and Acceptance of Terms:

Welcome to EZclass.io (“EZclass” or the “Platform”), operated by EZClass OÜ, an Estonian company (Registry Code 16802842) with its registered address at Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tornimäe tn 5, 10145, Estonia. Throughout these Terms, ‘you’ or ‘user’ refers to any individual accessing or using the Platform, whether as a student, parent/legal guardian, teacher, administrator, or authorized third party. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the EZclass website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account, booking a class, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. Users will be required to accept these Terms (for example, by clicking "Continue" or similar) before registering or making a payment on EZclass.

1. Description of Services

EZclass provides an online learning platform offering 25-minute live English classes and other educational content delivered by certified teachers. We offer both one-time class purchases and

subscription-based access to ongoing classes and learning materials. Through EZclass, students of all ages (Kids, Teens, and Adults) can schedule and attend live online classes, communicate with teachers, and track their learning progress in one convenient place.

1.1 Third-Party Service Providers

To provide and improve our services, EZclass integrates certain third-party tools and services, including infrastructure providers, analytics platforms, and communication technology. These tools may process limited amounts of personal data such as your name, email address, payment information, or class participation details.

These providers operate under strict data processing agreements with EZClass OÜ and are authorized to process personal data only as necessary to deliver services on our behalf. We take care to select processors that are compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data privacy laws.

The categories of service providers we may use include:

Cloud hosting and infrastructure (to securely store and serve platform data)

Email delivery services (for account notifications and class-related communication)

Analytics platforms (to understand usage and improve the user experience)

Payment processors (to handle secure financial transactions)

Real-time classroom and collaboration tools (for video, audio, and digital whiteboards)

2. Eligibility and Accounts

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Services directly. However, children aged 7 to 17 may use EZclass only with the involvement, supervision, and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

If you create or manage an account on behalf of a minor, you represent and warrant that:

You are the child’s parent or legal guardian; and

You consent to the child’s use of the platform and agree to be bound by these Terms on their behalf.

EZclass does not knowingly allow children under 7 years old to use the Services, even with consent.

Account Registration: You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when creating your EZclass account and to keep that information up-to-date. Each user may only create one account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your

login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately.

Account Security: You must safeguard your username and password. Do not share your login details with others. EZclass will never ask you for your password. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

3. Services and Subscription Terms

Class Bookings: Once you purchase a one-time class or course, or schedule a class through an active subscription, the booking will appear in your student dashboard. Classes begin promptly at the scheduled time, and it is your responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection and join on time. Missed classes are not eligible for rescheduling, credit, or refund, except in cases where EZclass is at fault. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

Subscriptions: EZclass offers subscription plans that grant you access to a specified number of classes per billing cycle (e.g., 8 or 12 classes per month). Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (such as monthly or annually) until cancelled at anytime.

By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to:

The defined number of classes included in your subscription

The automatic renewal of your subscription

Our strict No-Refund Policy on subscription fees or any one-time class or course package.

All subscription conditions — including class count, billing frequency, and pricing — are clearly displayed at checkout. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but prepaid fees are non-refundable, and your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Free Trials and Promotions: EZclass may offer one-time free trial classes or limited promotional discounts. Free trials are strictly limited to one per user and are intended for first-time users only.

We reserve the right to:

Verify your eligibility

Deny duplicate or fraudulent trial usage

Modify or withdraw any promotional offer at any time

After the free trial ends, you will not be charged automatically, as we do not collect any debit or credit card information for the trial class.

If you wish to continue, you may choose to subscribe or purchase one of our services manually through your student dashboard or website. Access to live classes or additional features will only be activated after a successful payment.

4. Payments and Fees

Pricing: All prices for classes, subscriptions, or other services are indicated on our Platform (and may be shown in USD or other applicable currencies). EZclass reserves the right to change pricing or introduce new fees, but any changes will be communicated to you in advance and will not affect purchases or subscriptions already in progress without your consent.

Payment Processing: We use Stripe as our third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe’s processing of your payment. EZclass does not store your sensitive payment details (such as full credit or debit card numbers); Stripe securely handles all payment transactions in accordance with PCI-DSS compliance standards.You must provide valid payment information (e.g., a credit/debit card) and hereby authorize Stripe to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.

Taxes: All prices displayed on EZclass.io include VAT (Estonia, 20%), unless otherwise specified. If you are purchasing on behalf of a registered business located within the EU (excluding Estonia), and you provide a valid VAT number, VAT will not be charged under the reverse charge mechanism, in accordance with Article 44 of the EU VAT Directive.

Outside of this exception, VAT will apply at the Estonian standard rate. You are responsible for any additional local duties, taxes, or compliance in your jurisdiction.

No Refunds: All purchases are final. EZclass maintains a strict no-refund policy on all class bookings and subscription payments, as detailed in our Refund Policy below. This No-Refund Policy applies without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

By agreeing to these Terms and completing a purchase, you:

Confirm that you have reviewed and accepted our Refund Policy

Acknowledge that refunds will not be issued for missed classes, unused subscriptions, or changes in personal circumstances
Accept that prices displayed during checkout include all applicable taxes, including Estonian VAT (20%), unless stated otherwise

This information is clearly disclosed during the purchase process. You are required to explicitly accept these Terms before completing any transaction.

5. Acceptable Use and User Conduct

By using EZclass, you agree NOT to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Unauthorized Access or Misuse: Do not attempt to hack, attack, or disrupt the Platform, and do not attempt to access other users’ accounts or data without authorization. You must not introduce any malicious software or violate the security of the Services.

Illegal or Harmful Content: Do not use the Services for any unlawful purpose, or to transmit any content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, harassing, obscene, or that violates any person’s rights. This includes hate speech, pornography, or any content that exploits minors.

Intellectual Property Infringement: Do not upload, share, or otherwise use content through EZclass that you do not have the right to use. For example, you may not distribute unauthorized copies of textbooks, exercises, or any copyrighted material via our Platform. You may not record, download, or distribute EZclass sessions (in whole or in part) unless explicitly permitted by EZclass OÜ.

Improper Conduct in Classes: You must behave respectfully toward teachers and other students. Harassment, bullying, or discrimination of any kind during classes (or on any EZclass forums or communications) is strictly prohibited. Likewise, you may not promote businesses, products, or other services to teachers or students during class sessions (no solicitation or advertising).

Circumvention: Do not misuse the Platform to engage teachers or students outside of EZclass for the purpose of avoiding fees or violating these Terms. For instance, you should not share personal contact information with teachers or request classes outside the Platform’s scheduling and payment system.

EZclass reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have violated any of the above rules or otherwise abused the Platform. Serious violations (such as illegal activity) may be reported to law enforcement.

6. Teacher Engagement and Responsibilities

EZclass works with a network of independent freelance contractors to provide high-quality classes. We carefully vet our teachers for credentials and experience, and we strive to ensure a great learning experience for students. However, it is important to understand the following terms regarding teachers:

Independent Status: All teachers on the EZclass platform are engaged as independent freelance contractors, not as employees, representatives, or agents of EZclass OÜ.

EZclass provides the curriculum, lesson structure, and teaching standards, and retains the right to monitor and evaluate class quality. However, teachers are responsible for:

Preparing and delivering lessons using EZclass-provided materials

Maintaining professional conduct
Complying with all applicable laws and platform guidelines

Teachers operate under independent agreements and are responsible for managing their own taxes, contracts, and legal obligations. Teachers acknowledge that all student data accessed in the course of performing their services remains the property of EZclass OÜ and must be treated in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

EZclass facilitates scheduling, communication, and payment, but is not liable for individual actions or statements made by teachers outside the scope of the provided curriculum or outside their contractual duties.

Platform Standards: All teachers are required to adhere to EZclass’s guidelines and quality standards. This includes viewing and preparing for their lessons prior to their class, showing up on time to scheduled classes, conducting themselves professionally, and respecting the rights and privacy of students. If you, as a student, experience any issue with a teacher (e.g., inappropriate behavior or consistently missed classes), please report it to us. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include warning or removing a teacher from the Platform.

No Outside Contact: For the safety and privacy of all users, teachers and students should communicate and conduct classes only through the EZclass Platform. Teachers are prohibited from soliciting personal contact details or payments from students outside the Platform. Likewise, students should not attempt to pay teachers outside of EZclass or request classes via external communication channels. Violations of this rule can lead to account termination for both parties.

Content and Intellectual Property: All curriculum materials, slides, exercises, class formats, recordings, and other educational content provided through EZclass are the exclusive intellectual property of EZclass OÜ.

These materials are created, licensed, or commissioned by EZclass and are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws. Teachers are authorized to deliver these materials strictly for the purpose of conducting EZclass-approved sessions and do not acquire any ownership or publishing rights over them.

By using the platform, you (the student) receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the educational materials solely for your personal learning during your subscription or class access period.

You may not copy, distribute, resell, upload, or share EZclass content or recordings without express written permission.

EZclass reserves the right to take legal action against unauthorized use or distribution of its intellectual property.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

EZclass Content: All content available on the EZclass Platform – including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, videos, class curricula, software code, and the overall design and arrangement of the site – is the intellectual property of EZClass OÜ or its licensors. This content is protected by copyright, trademark, patent (where applicable),

and other intellectual property laws. EZclass and associated logos or slogans are trademarks or registered trademarks of EZClass OÜ. All rights are reserved.

Limited License to Users: EZclass grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform and its content for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. You may view and download materials made available to you for your own learning, but you may not copy, distribute, modify, publicly perform, or create derivative works from any content obtained from EZclass without our express written permission. Any unauthorized use of the Platform’s content is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of this license and legal action.

User-Generated Content and Platform Submissions: By submitting, entering, or creating any content within the EZclass platform — including but not limited to reviews, feedback, comments, profile photos or bios, classroom interactions, whiteboard inputs, assignments, or chat contributions — you acknowledge and agree that:

Such content is created within a closed system owned and operated by EZclass

You may not use screen scraping, bots, or other automated means to access or copy content from the Platform.
You forfeit any exclusive ownership claims over the content created or submitted through the platform
EZclass OÜ is granted an irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, publish, adapt, translate, publicly display, and share such content for the purpose of operating, improving, or marketing the Services, including use in testimonials, case studies, or educational highlights

EZclass will never display sensitive or private information (e.g., payment details, personal email addresses, full names without consent).

We reserve the right to take and use screenshots or excerpts from interactions within the

platform, such as positive comments, class participation, or assignment submissions, as part of our promotional and community-building efforts, without further permission or compensation.

Teacher-Uploaded Content and Ownership: Any content uploaded or shared by teachers on the EZclass platform — including but not limited to notes, files, images, exercises, or presentation slides — shall become the exclusive property of EZclass OÜ at the time of upload or submission.

This applies regardless of whether the content was created by the teacher, adapted from external sources, or downloaded from third-party tools. By uploading content to the platform, the teacher waives any intellectual property claims over it and confirms that:

The content does not infringe on third-party rights

The teacher has the necessary rights or licenses to upload it

EZclass may freely use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or display the content as part of its services and marketing

Students are granted a limited personal-use license only, and may not share or distribute class materials.

Conversely, teachers are strictly prohibited from:

Using EZclass curriculum or class content outside the platform

Sharing EZclass class formats, screenshots, or lesson materials with any competitor or third-party educational service

EZclass reserves the right to remove, review, or repurpose any teacher-uploaded content for educational, compliance, or promotional purposes.

Feedback: If you provide us with any suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the Services, we may use it without any obligation to you. You agree that EZclass may incorporate any feedback you provide into our products or services without any compensation or attribution to you.

8. Third-Party Services and Integrations

To operate the EZclass platform and deliver our services globally, we use third-party tools and infrastructure for payments, video conferencing, cloud hosting, whiteboard collaboration, analytics, and communications.

These third parties may process user data on our behalf, under contractual agreements that

comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data

privacy laws. These providers operate under strict data processing agreements with EZClass OÜ

and are authorized to process personal data only as necessary to deliver services on our behalf,

including international transfers where applicable.

By using EZclass, you acknowledge and accept that:

Your personal data may be transferred to and processed by external service providers, including those located outside the European Economic Area (EEA)

We select providers that meet industry standards for security, reliability, and data protection
You may interact with integrated tools such as video classrooms, collaborative boards, or analytics-enhanced dashboards that rely on third-party processing.

We do not disclose your sensitive data to external providers unless required for the operation of the Services, legal compliance, or payment processing. We do not sell or trade your data to advertisers.

Where data is transferred to processors outside the EEA, such transfers will be made pursuant to appropriate safeguards in compliance with applicable data protection law, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

All third-party integrations are reviewed to ensure they meet high standards of data handling, security, and confidentiality.

Analytics (Google Analytics): We use Google Analytics and similar tools to gather usage data about how users interact with our website (e.g., which pages are visited, session duration, etc.) for the purpose of improving our Services. These analytics services use cookies and device identifiers to collect information such as your IP address, browser type, and referring pages. Data collected by Google Analytics may be transferred to and processed on Google servers in the United States. We have enabled settings to anonymize IP addresses where possible, but some personal data might still be transmitted to Google for processing. By using our site, you consent to the use of such analytics. You can opt-out of Google Analytics by using browser opt-out tools or adjusting cookie preferences (see our Privacy Policy for more details).

Other Third-Party Tools: EZclass may integrate other third-party services from time to time (for example, email service providers for sending newsletters or cloud hosting providers for data storage). When we do so, we will ensure that we have appropriate agreements in place to protect your data. Any third-party services are used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and by accepting these Terms you acknowledge that your information may be shared with or processed by these providers solely for the purposes of delivering the EZclass Services.

We are not responsible for services provided by third parties. While we carefully select reputable partners and strive to maintain integrations, third-party platforms have their own terms and privacy policies, and you should review those when using such integrated services. EZclass will not be liable for any issues arising from third-party services, but we welcome feedback and will try to assist users in resolving any such issues to the extent feasible.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Protecting your personal data is very important to us. Our collection, use, and disclosure of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Services, you also agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy. In summary, we collect certain personal information from you to create your account, process payments, and provide the classes (e.g., your name, contact details, and usage data). We handle this information in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). If you are located in the EU or other regions with data protection laws, you have certain rights regarding your personal data (such as the right to access or delete your data) – please refer to the Privacy Policy for a detailed explanation of those rights and how you can exercise them. By using EZclass, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers of Warranties

EZclass is provided “as is” and “as available.” While we strive to provide the best possible learning experience, EZclass OÜ disclaims all warranties and representations, express or implied, regarding the Services. This includes, without limitation:

No Guarantee of Results: We make no promise that you will achieve any specific learning outcomes or language proficiency results by using our Platform. Every student’s progress will vary.

Uptime and Accuracy: We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure at all times. Technical issues or maintenance may occasionally prevent access, and while we will try to inform users of scheduled downtimes, we are not liable for unforeseen outages. Additionally, while we try to ensure that information on our site (e.g. class descriptions, teacher qualifications) is accurate and up to date, we cannot guarantee that there are no errors or omissions.

Third-Party Content: Any information or content accessed through the class (including what teachers present, or external links a teacher might share) is for educational purposes. EZclass does not control or endorse content outside our platform, and you assume all risk if you follow external resources.

Implied Warranties: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim any and all implied warranties related to the Services, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers, so portions of this section may not apply to you if prohibited by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EZClass OÜ (and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners) will not be liable for: any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) your use of or inability to use the Services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party (including teachers and other users) on the Platform; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your content or information.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Services, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall be limited to the amount you paid to EZclass for the service in question in the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to such claim (or, if no purchase was made, to a maximum of EUR 100), per incident or series of related incidents. This limitation applies to the maximum extent permitted by law and applies collectively to all of your claims.

EZclass does not exclude or limit its liability for gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law (for example, certain statutory warranties or consumer rights under applicable law). However, in any case, our liability will be limited to the smallest extent permitted by relevant law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless EZClass OÜ and its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) that arise out of or relate to:

your violation of these Terms or any applicable law; (b) your misuse of the Services; (c) your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party; or (d) any dispute or issue between you and any teacher or other user. We reserve the right to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with our defense of such claim.

13. Termination of Services

By You: You may stop using the Services at any time. You may also delete your account by contacting customer support or using any account deletion function we provide. Termination of your account will discontinue your access to classes and content. If you terminate a subscription, you will retain access until the end of the paid term, but no prorated refunds will be given for the remaining period (consistent with our no-refund policy).

By Us: EZclass may suspend or terminate your account or access to Services at any time,

with or without notice, if we reasonably believe: (i) you have breached these Terms or any policy incorporated herein; (ii) you engage in fraudulent or illegal activities; (iii) you create risk or possible legal exposure for us; or (iv) our provision of the Services to you is no longer commercially viable. We will make a reasonable attempt to notify you of such termination via the email on record. If your account is terminated due to a violation of these Terms or misconduct, you will not be entitled to any refunds.

Effect of Termination: Upon any termination of this Agreement, the rights and licenses granted to you will cease immediately. You must stop using the Platform and delete any copies of site materials you have retained (except for your own notes). Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute resolution) will continue to be in effect.

If you believe your account was terminated in error, you may contact us to request reinstatement, but EZclass has no obligation to reactivate an account terminated for cause. Appeal requests must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the date of notice of termination.

14. Changes to These Terms

EZclass may update or modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify users by email or by posting a prominent notice on our website. The updated Terms will be indicated by an updated Effective Date and will become effective upon posting (or a later date as specified). Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using EZclass. We encourage you to review the Terms periodically for the latest information on our practices. EZclass will make archived versions of prior Terms available upon request.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement and any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. However, if you are a consumer in the European Union or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection laws, you may also be entitled to the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.

Jurisdiction: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia, specifically the courts located in Tallinn, Estonia, unless applicable law in your jurisdiction mandates a different forum for consumer disputes (in which case that right is not waived). We nonetheless reserve the right to seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction as necessary to protect our interests or enforce our rights.

Alternative Dispute Resolution: Before resorting to legal action, we strongly encourage you to contact us to discuss and resolve any issue. Our support team can be reached at [email protected], and we will attempt to resolve disputes in good faith. In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and EZclass may consider resolving the dispute through mediation or arbitration, if both parties agree, as an alternative to court litigation.

16. Miscellaneous Provisions

Headings: The section titles and headings in these Terms are for convenience only and shall not affect their interpretation.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies or guidelines posted on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and EZClass OÜ regarding your use of the Services, superseding any prior agreements between you and us.

No Waiver: Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not operate as a waiver of that right or provision.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. EZClass OÜ may freely assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of assets, or by operation of law or otherwise.

Third-Party Rights: These Terms do not create any enforceable rights for any third party. Teachers, administrative staff, or contractors who access the platform or student data do so as part of their role within EZclass’s service structure, under our control and direction. No individual or entity other than EZclass OÜ and the user shall be a third-party beneficiary of these Terms.

Language: These Terms are written in English. If we provide a translation of these Terms into another language, the English version will prevail in the event of any conflict or discrepancy.

17. Copyright, Confidentiality, and Platform Protection

The EZclass Platform, including all visual design elements, user interface layouts, lesson flows, dashboards, code architecture, written content, curriculum, videos, brand assets, and internal tooling (“EZclass Materials”), is the exclusive property of EZclass OÜ and protected by international copyright, trade dress, and intellectual property laws.

By accessing or using the platform — whether as a student, teacher, administrator, or visitor

— you agree that:

You will not copy, reproduce, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform or its content

You will not take screenshots, recordings, or exports of the platform interface, curriculum, internal tools, or class experience for unauthorized use
You will not disclose or publicly share any proprietary platform information obtained through access to the dashboard or EZclass materials

You may not use any part of EZclass Materials in the development or promotion of competing products or services

You agree not to develop, market, or assist any third party in developing or marketing a substantially similar platform based on your access to EZclass Materials.

All such conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate termination of your access, forfeiture of any payments or commissions, and legal action under applicable copyright, confidentiality, and unfair competition laws.

EZclass reserves the right to pursue civil and/or criminal action in the event of unauthorized access, duplication, or distribution of its proprietary content or platform elements.

18. Cookies Notice

19. Force Majeure Clause

EZclass shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, war, terrorism, civil unrest, pandemics, epidemics, labor disputes, internet outages, denial-of-service attacks, interruption of telecommunications or internet service providers, or any other events or circumstances beyond EZclass’s reasonable control.

20. Account Suspension Appeal Option

If you believe your account was suspended in error, you may contact us to request a review. While EZclass reserves sole discretion in reinstatement decisions, we will evaluate all requests in good faith. Appeals should include relevant evidence and a written explanation. 21. White-Label Licensing

EZclass may offer its curriculum, dashboard, or platform services under white-label agreements to select partners or institutions. These arrangements are governed by separate licensing contracts and do not transfer ownership of any EZclass intellectual property.

White-label partners who process personal data using EZclass infrastructure must comply with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and may be required to enter into a Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

Any use of EZclass Materials under such agreements is subject to strict compliance with licensing terms, applicable brand guidelines, branding restrictions, and content protection policies.

22. Additional Tools and Subdomains

EZclass may provide access to auxiliary tools under separate domains or sub-brands (such as eztime, ezinvoice, ezdash, ezhours, or ezcurriculum) which are considered extensions of the core EZclass Platform. These tools may offer:

Time tracking and analytics for education usage

Invoice and billing support

Teacher or admin dashboards

Curriculum customization or white-labeled access

Some tools may require login credentials and user authentication (e.g., ezdash, ezinvoice), while others may be publicly accessible (e.g., eztime). Tools that require user input or process personal data are subject to our Privacy Policy.

All user data processed through these auxiliary tools remains the property of EZclass OÜ and subject to the same data protection and privacy obligations.

Access to these tools may be restricted to certain users (e.g., teachers or partner institutions) and may require login credentials. All content, data, and features accessed through these tools remain governed by EZclass Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy unless otherwise stated. By using any of these tools, you agree to abide by the same rules, rights, and obligations described in these Terms.

Where auxiliary tools are provided under white-label agreements, such agreements are subject to the White-Label Licensing terms set forth in Section 21 of these Terms.

By using the EZclass Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all of the above Terms and Conditions. EZclass Services may include access to internal or auxiliary tools such as eztime, ezinvoice, ezhours, ezdash, or ezcurriculum. These are part of the EZclass Platform and are covered under these Terms.

By using the EZclass Platform, you acknowledge that the term “Platform” includes not only ezclass.io but also any related services, applications, or domains operated by EZClass OÜ, including but not limited to eztime, ezinvoice, ezhours, ezdash, and ezcurriculum. These tools may require user authentication, process personal data, or offer subscription-based or licensed services, and are governed by these same Terms unless otherwise specified.
