EZclass OÜ operates EZclass.io, a digital education platform offering live and on-demand English classes, educational tools (including EZDash, EZInvoice, placement.ezclass.io, EZHours, EZCurriculum, and EZTest), and subscription-based language learning services for individuals and institutions.
EZclass also offers an AI-powered English Placement Test (located at placement.ezclass.io) designed to provide automated CEFR-level evaluations using OpenAI Whisper and GPT models. Test results are algorithmically generated for placement purposes only and should not be considered formal certifications. Users acknowledge that results may vary based on device, environment, and pronunciation clarity.
Business operations are coordinated from Estonia (registered seat) and delivered remotely by authorized EZclass teams and contractors located in the Philippines, Indonesia, and other jurisdictions. All services are provided under Estonian and EU law, with international processing safeguarded by GDPR-compliant mechanisms (SCCs / DPF) as described in our Privacy Policy.

Third Party Systems
The EZclass platform incorporates third-party services such as:
- Directus is an open-source headless CMS deployed and controlled by EZclass OÜ. It is self-hosted on infrastructure selected by EZclass and processes limited content and form-submission data strictly under our instructions. Directus does not independently collect or use personal data and does not build user profiles.
- NTFY is an open-source notification system self-hosted and operated by EZclass OÜ. It is used exclusively for internal event-based notifications and does not involve third-party data sharing. All data processed via NTFY remains within EZclass-controlled infrastructure.
EZclass integrates internally-hosted tools (e.g., CMS, notifications) fully controlled by EZclass OÜ.
No personal data is shared with third parties beyond those listed in our [Privacy Policy].
